Chiropractic Massage

Massage has many benefits for both the body and mind. These include the removal of toxins in the muscles, increased circulation, and increased flexibility. These things benefit not only the muscles, but the connective tissue as well. Massage can also help to treat muscle spasms and soft tissue injuries, increasing range of movement and reducing recovery time. Also, receiving massages consistently can also help with balance.

Cold Laser Therapy

This process uses a cold laser to treat a variety of conditions and pain. It increases serotonin levels, which allows the body to better heal itself, as well as promoting relaxation and cell restoration. In addition to back and neck pain, this low-level laser therapy can also assist in managing arthritis, tendonitis, and sprains.

Electrical Muscle Stimulation

This sends a very small electrical current into the affected muscle or body tissue to help reduce any swelling. It also releases any trigger points that may have cause the body to lock up by releasing endorphins, or the body’s natural pain reliever. This technique is especially effective in treating muscle spasms.

Interferential Electro-Therapy

This is another effective way to treat spasms, sprains, and soft tissue injuries using a very low simulated frequency. This also helps the body release its natural endorphins.

Microcurrent Therapy

This uses very small amounts of current to produce signals that replicate the body’s natural ones. As with electrical muscle stimulation and interferential electro-therapy, this is an effective way to relax the muscles and treat any spasms or chronic pain.
